FTD Announces Valentine's Day Plans
Developing a Valentine's Day plan that offers our florist network the greatest opportunity for success while focusing on the buying trends of consumers to drive orders is our goal for the first major holiday of 2020. Our plan will feature an assortment of arrangements in codified and clear glass containers, including these projected top 5 best sellers: V2, B59, V1, B35 and B55.
FTD.com Merchandising Plan
Valentine's Day is forecasted to deliver 50% more orders to florists year-over-year, starting the week of February 10 due to our marketing plans for FTD.com and the shifting of ProFlowers.com orders to be filled by florists. Keeping this growth in mind, it is critical you purchase the containers and fresh flowers you need to this projection to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

features a streamlined list of flowers which is 35% less than last year to help you simplify your purchasing and production. View the flower list here.
Starting on Monday, February 3, FTD and ProFlowers will both limit orders for
delivery on February 13 and 14 to only the curated Valentine's Day collection and select Sympathy items to help you simplify your operations.
Delivery App Incentive
As consumer expectations continue to rise, real-time delivery confirmations are more important than ever. FTD is offering a $0.25 per order transmission fee credit on any order delivery confirmed by 5:30 pm (local time) using the FREE Mercury Mobile app on February 13 - 14. Learn more about the app here.
Containers and Flowers
FTD wants you to feel confident about purchasing more codified containers than prior year with an order guarantee from FTD Marketplace. Credits may be issued on any unopened cases of select inventory after February 29. More details to come!
FTD Flower Exchange is offering
competitive pricing on time saver bouquets for five projected best sellers - V2, V5, B35, B55 and B56. Credits may be issued on the V2, B35 and B55 bouquets if unused by February 19.
