Amanda Petriglia, a Senior Social Media Strategist at Hootsuite, is a seasoned communicator and social media marketer. Prior to joining Hootsuite, Amanda spent nine years in the financial services industry in a variety of communications roles including employee communications, public relations and social media. Most notably, she managed a global community of social media fans and followers through a significant brand transition. Amanda has also worked with C-Suite executives to educate, onboard and support their social media efforts. She has extensive experience managing social media content creation, executive communications and employee and brand advocacy programs.



Matthew Finch-Noyes is part of the Value Realization & Analytics team at Hootsuite that acts as an internal consulting team helping clients define, measure and prove the value of social media to drive organizational objectives. Prior to joining Hoosuite Matthew spent over a decade working in the consulting industry, most recently with Deloitte's M&A Integration and Separation practice as well as the Executive Transition Lab. He has also worked to develop the digital strategies of firms in the financial services and retail industries. Matthew holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at The University of Toronto, where he specialized in Strategy and Change Management.
