Incoming Order Dispute
To ensure that Member Services has all the information needed to review the order, please communicate with the sending florist using the tools on your Mercury technology platform so it is documented.

To dispute an adjustment that is on your statement, please complete form here with the adjustment number and the order number and the reason why you are disputing. Attach photos showing the proof of delivery with the picture of the flowers and the address.
Delayed Response Dispute
